Domain registration rules in all domain zones prohibit the entry of false registration information. And although the data you enter is often not checked during the registration of domains, they may be checked later, and the domain may be removed from delegation or blocked if it turns out that you have entered false data. Please note that if you entered incorrect credentials you will not be able to: defend your right to the domain in case of disputes, transfer (sell) the domain to another person, restore the login / password from your account in case of loss of these data.

In order to change the DNS for a domain name registered through us, you must log in to your client area, then go to "My domains" and in the line of the desired domain, from the drop-down menu, select "Manage name servers". You will be redirected to the DNS entry page. Enter the new DNS in the fields, then click "Change name servers". The changes will take effect after the global DNS cache is updated. This process usually takes a few hours. Please note that the creation of child NS-servers, DNS management without direct domain assignment, as well as changing DNS for Ukrainian domain zones, at the moment, is carried out by request to the technical support.

Domain management is carried out in the client area, in the section "My domains" at the end of the name line of the domain you need. In this section you can: change DNS for the domain, edit contact information, enable auto-renewal of the domain, renew the domain name if possible.
